Returns & Refunds Policy
We create each item on demand — printed just for you — which means we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong size, or change of mind.
However, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:
- Your order arrives damaged
- Your order has a manufacturing defect
- Your order is incorrect (wrong item, wrong size, wrong print)
How to Request a Replacement or Refund
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo showing the issue
Once verified, we will issue a replacement at no extra cost or provide a refund to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are custom-printed, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Choosing the wrong size or design
- Items lost due to incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
This policy matches Printify’s own return rules — they only cover misprints, defects, or shipping damage — and it meets Google Merchant Center requirements, which are:
- Must state how customers can request a return/refund
- Must list the time frame (30 days is good)
- Must clearly describe which items are/aren’t returnable
